Airfare is not included and is each participant's responsibility. Fly into Sangster International (MBJ) — transfers are provided from MBJ only. Arrivals into Kingston (KIN) or any other airport travel to the villa at their own expense.

Meet Your Host
a.Nichole
a.Nichole doesn't wait for permission — she was designed that way. A 5/1 Emotional Manifestor, combat Army veteran, licensed esthetician, reiki practitioner, and doctoral candidate in forensic psychology, she has spent nearly a decade building sacred spaces where Black women come to remember who they are. She is the founder of Black Sauce, her nine-year handcrafted skincare house, and the Frequency Collective, a community where hundreds of women study the cosmos, their design, and themselves.
But her truest work happens on the road. A world traveler who has hosted sold-out women's experiences for nearly a decade, a.Nichole doesn't give tours — she gives access: to the island as locals live it, to rooms you didn't know you were allowed in, and to versions of yourself you haven't met yet. She initiates. She informs. She moves — and when she does, doors open that were never open before.

Standard-rate registrants joining after August 1 will have their remaining balance divided evenly across the installment dates remaining at the time of registration.
ALL BALANCES, PAYMENTS, AND FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 7, 2026. No participant will travel with an outstanding balance. No exceptions. Regardless of any late-payment cure window, all accounts must be at a zero balance by December 7, 2026.
Payment in full at registration is always welcome.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Read this carefully. It is enforced without exception.
First late installment: A $50 late fee applies. You will have 7 calendar days from the missed due date to submit your installment payment plus the late fee to return to good standing. Beginning on Day 8, your slot is subject to forfeiture with no refund of any monies paid.
Second late installment: A $100 late fee applies. You will have 7 calendar days from the missed due date to submit your installment payment plus the late fee to return to good standing. Beginning on Day 8, your slot is subject to forfeiture with no refund of any monies paid.
Third late installment: Grounds for automatic trip cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid. No refunds. No exceptions.
It is important that you get your installment payments in on time so that we can pay our various vendors on time for this trip.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges.

Your protection: In the unlikely event this trip is cancelled by the host, all installment payments will be refunded to you in full.
VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL SERVICE — IMPORTANT DEADLINE
Your trip includes VIP arrival service at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) — expedited immigration, lounge access, and a proper island welcome before you ever touch a customs line.
Frequency Nichole plan members also receive exclusive VIP departure service as well. To receive this service, you MUST submit your BOOKED round-trip flight itinerary no later than November 28, 2026.

Itineraries received after November 28, 2026 cannot be accommodated. No exceptions — holiday-week VIP services sell out and reservations must be secured in advance under your name.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is airfare included? No. The package does not include airfare, which is the responsibility of each participant.
Which airport will I fly into? Montego Bay, Jamaica — Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Arrive Monday, December 28, 2026; depart Sunday, January 3, 2027.
Are airport transfers included? Yes — round-trip airport transfers are included from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) ONLY. If you fly into Kingston (KIN) or any airport other than MBJ, travel arrangements to and from the villa are your sole responsibility and at your own expense.
Where will we stay? A private, modern resort-style villa estate near Negril — private pool and spa, fire pit, gym, game room, and balconies throughout, minutes from the world-famous Seven Mile Beach. The full villa reveal is coming — trust your host.
Will I have my own room? This edition is our most intimate ever. Every queen gets her own bed in a beautifully appointed suite (no sharing beds with strangers) with another Queenmate, with luxury baths steps from your door.
Are my meals covered? Select meals are included: our chef-prepared Welcome Dinner, breakfast on select mornings at the villa, and our New Year's Eve dinner. Meals during excursion days, on our free day, and any dining out are at your own expense — and trust, eating your way across the island is part of the experience.
Are excursions included? Yes! All scheduled group excursions and all ground transportation are included in your package. Optional experiences offered during the trip are at your own expense. All excursions and events are subject to change (see Itinerary & Excursion Changes above).
How much spending money should I bring? We recommend bringing $500–$600+ for meals on the road, shopping, souvenirs, gratuities, and optional experiences, plus any additional personal spending money.
Will there be downtime? Yes. The itinerary includes dedicated free time and space for individual self-care, including a full free day.
Do you provide childcare? No guests under the age of 21 are permitted on this trip. This is a 21+ experience. Please arrange childcare prior to travel.
Is my deposit deductible from the total trip fee? Yes.
Do I need a passport? Yes. A VALID passport is required, and you will NOT be allowed entry into Jamaica without it. We are not responsible for any participant who does not have a valid passport. Check your expiration date NOW — Jamaica requires validity for the duration of your stay, and renewals take time during the holidays.
Can I leave the trip early? Yes, you may leave early for any circumstance. However, your airfare, travel, and accommodations become your sole responsibility, and no credit or refund will be issued for early departure. Please prepare for your trip in advance. We cannot foresee emergencies, though they do occur; you are responsible for any emergency that arises during the trip.
Is the retreat refundable? No. We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance, which we can assist you with obtaining. In the unlikely event the trip is cancelled by the host, all payments are refunded in full.
Where do I make my payments? All security deposits will be processed via payments are made the official event page located on this website. After slot is secured with security deposit, invoices for installment payments will be emailed with due dates.
