Seasonal Affective Disorder AKA “The Winter Blues”…& How You Can Conquer It This Winter

As the days become shorter and colder, it's not uncommon to feel a sense of sadness or low mood. Less hours of sun and more hours of darkness can cause a colossal shift in one’s equilibrium. Then add on the extra stress of every day life, the holidays, and the cold weather. This is known as the winter blues, or seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
